The five inputs with their weights
Every input meets two conditions: it comes from a source outside the playing site or from the site's own terms, and it can be checked at a glance. Anything that can only be felt — design, fun, customer friendliness — does not appear, because putting a number beside it does not make it measurable.

Four inputs describe the operator. One — freshness of the evidence — describes this page: it says how current the record somebody here has read actually is. That separation is stated expressly, so that nobody mistakes fresh evidence for a property of the operator.
Ties and order
On equal points the number of settlement units read decides first, then the alphabet. Both rules are arbitrary — every tie-break rule is — but they are fixed and apply to every row alike. Four entries currently sit on nine points; without this rule their order would be at the writer's pleasure.
The one hard exclusion
One candidate is not on the list: BC.Game. In the register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority the entry OGL/2023/118/0060 against Small House B.V. carries the status «Revoked», read on 26 August 2026. A revoked certificate does not earn a last place, it earns none — the ranking compares differences between documented entries.
Every other gap is handled through points. An address little has been read about here gets few points and stays visible. Quietly leaving it out would be the more comfortable answer and the less honest one.
What this calculation does not measure

- Whether a registered term ends in fewer than 60 days
- Whether the register names the company behind the brand
- How many settlement units stand in the cashier
- Whether the verification clause names a figure or a deadline
Not measured
- How long a withdrawal takes — none was measured here
- How a house handles a dispute
- How good the games or the interface are
- Whether a bonus is withdrawable in the end
The right-hand column contains questions many readers would ask first. They stand there because they cannot be answered from outside without inventing something. A comparison that answers them anyway has either measured them — in which case it should say how — or copied them.
When the list changes
Three occasions move places. First: a register entry is read again — that changes the freshness of the evidence and can move two points. Second: a cashier is read where «not read» stood before. Third: a registered term drops below sixty days or runs out. Each of those changes is visible in the entry, because the date stands there.

Who writes this ranking?
A small desk that reads registers and terms of business — more on that here. There are no invented test reports and no person who does not exist.
Can a place in this list be bought?
The order comes out of the five inputs above, and not one of them is something an operator could buy. Look the values up and you arrive at the same order.
Why are there no grades with a decimal place?
Because the data does not support that precision. Between nine points and eight lies a statement you can look up; between 8.7 and 9.2 lies nothing but presentation.
