Which version of the terms actually governs

Two different things

A translated interface costs an operator little and works immediately. Producing the terms of business in the same language is more work — and at the end of the translated version there is often a sentence declaring the English one authoritative where the two diverge. Anyone wanting to know what governs looks for exactly that sentence.

The three places you want in your own language

You do not have to read the whole terms. Three sections are enough: the verification clause with its threshold or deadline, the bonus terms with the turnover factor and the weighting, and the withdrawal section with the minimum amount and any ceiling. The ranking states for every entry what is actually written in the first of those three.

Support: reachable does not mean in your language

A chat open around the clock does not automatically answer in your language. The simplest check is a question before signing up: write in the language you want and see what comes back — an answer in the same language, a machine translation, or English. That takes a few minutes and says more than any statement on the front page.

Why this counts especially for Switzerland

Readers in Switzerland are used to offers being available in their own language. At houses licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan, English is the source language and everything else is translation. That is no defect, but it shifts where you go to read: to the English original, when the exact wording matters.

The test that takes two minutes

The most reliable check is not research but a question. Write to the support desk before signing up with a concrete question — for instance, above what amount an identity check is required — and look at the answer. Three things become visible: whether an answer comes in your language at all, how long it takes, and whether the answer contains a figure or only a formula. An answer with a clause number is the best result this test can produce; an answer pointing to the terms without naming the place is the second best. No answer is also a result.
